Walking through lake, I was thinking how my life has altered upside down in the past few months. It’s surprising when I explore into it.

I thought I must share with you what I went through. Not too long ago, I was at the bottommost point in my life. I broke up , went into depression, got stress , and lost my job. I decided to heal myself hoping life has something better in store. I decided to motivate myself to overcome my problems and lead a successful life, these are the few factors that works on me and hope it will help you to rejuvenate yourself.

we all are going through a tuff period, where everything inconstant and erratic. somehow we get stressful and excessive fears or worries due to the challenges we are facing right now.

Remote working is one of them , after discussion with many employees who are working from home, it sums up that every person going through the same problems , they are facing ample of problems while working from home and got themselves in trouble of stress, anxiety and depression. to overcome from all these issues, everyone have to take care of their mental wellness, our mind works for us a lot

why we are not able to work for it ?

When we are mentally healthy, we enjoy our life and environment, and the people in it. We can be creative, learn, try new things, and take risks. We are healthier to cope with difficult times in our personal and professional lives. We feel the sadness and anger that can come with the death of a loved one, a job loss or relationship problems and other problematic events, but in time, we are able to get on with and enjoy our lives once again.

Nurturing our mental health can also help us warfare or prevent the mental health problems that are sometimes connected with a enduring physical illness. In some cases, it can avert the onset or relapse of a physical or mental illness. Managing stress well, for existence, can have a positive impact on heart disease.

3. Think about the things you love to do :Try to make time for doing the fun things you enjoy. If you like going for a walk, painting or a specific TV show, try to set aside time to enjoy yourself. If we don’t spend any time doing things we enjoy, we can become irritable and unhappy.

4. Meditation is key for happy and healthy mind (keep meditate ) : You can meditate while doing virtually anything if you use the right method such as mindfulness meditation. Also, studies have shown that as little as five to ten minutes of meditation offers great benefits, so don’t think you need to sit for a half hour every day. You really don’t.

Similar to physical exercise, there are several different methods and forms of meditation, so do a little adventuring and experimentation to find a method and form that works for you. Everyone is different and different methods of meditation tend to work better for different people.

Detox yourself by yoga : yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system. You can achieve brain-boosting benefits practicing yoga one to two times per week. Yoga can also help you run stronger by preventing injuries

Never forget to smile and laugh (more smile, more laugh) : Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

7. Take break for yourself : Going on holiday can give you a fresh wave of motivation and the strength to keep your life moving forward when you return. A study found that three days after vacation, travelers felt well-rested, less anxious, and in a better mood.

8. Get help and Give help :Make an effort to maintain good relationships and talk to people whenever you get the chance. Having friends is important not just for your self-esteem, but also for providing support when you’re not feeling too great. Research has found that talking to others for just ten minutes can improve memory and test scores!

Helping others isn’t just good for the people you’re helping; it’s good for you too. Helping someone can help with your self-esteem and make you feel good about your place in the world. Feeling as though you’re part of a community is a really important part of your mental health.

One of the most important ways to keep yourself mentally healthy is to recognize when you’re not feeling good, and to know when to ask for help. There’s no shame in asking someone for support if you’re feeling low or stressed. Everyone goes through patches where they don’t feel as good as they should.

9. Sleep well : A good sleep is really important for our physical and mental health. Sleep helps to regulate the chemicals in our brain that transmit information. These chemicals are important in managing our moods and emotions. If we don’t get enough sleep, we can start to feel depressed or anxious.

10. Get out from phone for sometime : But, it’s also important that you keep distance from any form of negative news. Today, the media is heavily centered on pain and sufferings and let’s not forget that they are too good at exaggerating and making up stuff for publicity.

There is no point in worrying too much about things that we have very little or no control over. As far as possible, try to stay away from watching, reading or hearing negative stories. Shutting the doors on negativity will open a new room for tons of positive things in life. so keep distance from your phone sometimes keep you healthy and mindful
